About David Dweck
Based in South Florida, David Dweck is an active Real Estate investor, a licensed Realtor, and a Licensed Mortgage Broker. His lending company EZ Equity Loans specializes in private loans for real estate investors. For over a decade, he has bought, sold, renovated and brokered over 1,000 HUD, VA, REO, distressed, and high-end properties throughout Miami/ Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. He has also participated in numerous commercial transactions, and is currently developing Mountain Creek Vistas in Western North Carolina. In addition, he manages his own portfolio of rental properties.
In 1994, he founded the Boca Real Estate Investment Club. As founder and president, he has built the organization into one of the most respected investor associations in the United States. He also lectures on the subject of real estate investing, equity lending and landlording and has been quoted and written about in local and national media including CNBC, Forbes, Fortune Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Bankrate.com and Investors Business Daily. He is also a co-founder and the Immediate Past President of the Parkland Chamber of Commerce. Dweck is the 2005 recipient of Northwood University's Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award.
He is well known and respected by real estate professionals and the real estate investment community and acts as a consultant to investors. He is on the Board of Directors of Frank McKinney's Caring House Project. He also participates in fundraising for numerous charities as a live auctioneer and has worked with notables such as Donald Trump, Clarence Clemons, Max Weinberg, Dion, Steven Van Zant, Alice Cooper, and athletes Jim McMahon, Otis Anderson, and others.
Originally from New York, Mr. Dweck graduated from the University of Miami and currently lives in South Florida with his family.
